The courier's bonus is 3% lower than the earnings stated in the calculation sheet, reflecting a decrease in the number of orders. This system is set as a percentage and serves to motivate increased performance even during challenging months.

Conditions:

• The bonus will apply from the 1st week to the 4th week (January).

Information:

The bonus is based on weekly revenue – the higher the revenue, the larger the bonus.

Conditions:

• The bonus value is calculated based on the first digit of the three-digit revenue total. This number will be multiplied by five (e.g., if the revenue is €234,15, the bonus will be 2 × 5 = €10).

• Weekly revenue must reach a three-digit value to qualify for the bonus.

• If weekly revenue is less than €100, the bonus is forfeited.

• The bonus will apply from the 14th week to the 19th week (April).

Information:

A bonus of €20 is designated for every courier in our fleet who meets the specified conditions.

Conditions:

• For car couriers, the condition is that their weekly revenue in the calculation sheet must reach €350.

• For bike couriers, the condition is that their weekly revenue in the calculation sheet must reach €250.

• The bonus will apply from the 33nd week to the 37th week (June/September).

Information:

The bonus amount depends on the courier's earnings. Couriers can calculate their bonus by dividing their earnings in the calculation sheet by 150 and then multiplying the result by 5. This calculation determines the bonus amount.

Conditions:

• The bonus will be paid to every courier working in our fleet.

• The bonus will apply from the 45th week to the 48th week (November).

Information:

As part of our bonus system, we reward the top-performing couriers based on their revenue achieved during specific periods. This bonus will be evaluated over 5 weeks during the periods mentioned in the conditions and information. Two car couriers and Two bike couriers (including couriers using scooters and e-scooters) will be assessed.

Conditions:

• Bonus Evaluation:
                                     • 🥇 1st place: €35
                                     • 🥈 2nd place: €5

• Evaluated Periods:
                                     • From the 8th week to the 12th week
                                     • From the 21st week to the 25th week
                                     • From the 26th week to the 30th week
                                     • From the 40th week to the 44th week

Conditions:

At Dale Ind., we highly value the dedication and commitment of our couriers. As a token of our appreciation, we award a performance bonus to those who achieve the highest weekly revenue in their respective category during the year. The purpose of this change is to provide a fair opportunity for all members of our fleet to earn the bonus, regardless of their start date.

The bonus will be awarded to two couriers:

• One car courier

• One courier using a bicycle, scooter, or electric scooter

Bonus amount:
€100 for each awarded courier.

Conditions:

• The bonus will be paid within 4 weeks after the end of the year, i.e., in January of the following year.

• The courier must be an active fleet member as of December 31 of the given year.

• If a courier switches their mode of transport, results will be divided into two periods, and the bonus will be calculated separately for each period.

Information:

The amount of this bonus depends on your earnings in the calculation sheet. The bonus amount can be found in the table below.

IMPORTANT!
If, during a random check, it is found that the driver does not have the decal or is using a different vehicle without a decal and has not reported it in advance, the driver will be penalized.

Conditions:

• The decal will be placed on the rear window of the vehicle (no age limit for the vehicle).

• The company covers the cost of the decal, but the vehicle owner is responsible for the cost of removing it.

• The decals are certified and will pass the technical inspection (STK).

Information:

A bonus of €50 is awarded to both the referee and the referred courier.

Conditions:

• The courier must achieve €1000 in revenue (according to the calculation sheet) within the first 4 weeks.

• The bonus eligibility expires after 4 weeks.

• The bonus can only be claimed if the referred courier has not worked for the Dale Ind. s.r.o. fleet in the past.

• The bonus also applies to couriers who transfer from another fleet.

• The bonus eligibility for the referring courier is valid only if they are listed during the registration for claiming the bonus.

Information:

A bonus of €10 is awarded to each courier in our fleet who suggests a new bonus that is later implemented within our fleet.

Conditions:

• The idea must be beneficial and feasible within our fleet.
